I fully understand my purpose: I love mobilizing teams toward a common goal. To me, this means building great experiences internally & externally with a clear objective to drive focus. Our collective achievements will far exceed anything we can do alone. 

Armed with a degree and diploma centred in business & communications, my early career evolved through working in a variety of industries, learning about efficiency, process and customer experience with a smile on my face every step of the way. 

I get intrinsic fulfillment from delivering results and empowering others to bring their best. 

I possess a keen sense of how to anticipate needs and deliver on them through the power of relationship and I've put that skill to use in a series of increasingly senior roles within marketing.

I've had more than my fair share of challenges thrown my way, but they won't shake me. I'm passionate about my work and enabling everyone around me to succeed. It's no wonder I grew into leadership. 

I've worked in marketing for almost 20 years and have continued to excel based on my pursuit of excellence and human-centric approach to business. 

I've worked within a variety of organizations, including a decade of self employment, helping businesses create their brand presence and achieve their goals. 

My superpowers are both my strategic vision and my ability to build thrive-thrive relationships. I leverage both to inspire those around me toward a common goal. 

I'm passionate about data-driven decision making. I take a make-sense approach to identifying opportunities for growth along with consulting subject matter experts and implementing the systems needed to track and quantify the impact. 

I believe quantitative data only tells part of the story and a human-centred, qualitative market research and "ask-the-right-questions" approach can help uncover deep insights to inspire unique, industry-leading solutions.
